Au programme de la réunion :
• Vérification des inscriptions des associations aux parades et coordination logistique.
• Présentation du plan de scène pour l’ouverture : organisation, artistes, sécurité et accueil.
• Déroulé des trois jours d’assises : panels, ateliers, temps forts et cérémonies.
